What is the return policy?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at fansluvofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Be sure to include:
- Your order number and relevant photos of the issue (if applicable)

Condition of Returned Items:

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items that are worn, stained, damaged, altered, or otherwise not in original condition will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not offer freight-to-collect services.
How long does refund approval take?

We aim to review and respond to all requests within 7 business days. If your request is approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions. We appreciate your patience!

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method in the currency used at the time of purchase.

Unapproved or unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.
When will I get my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

What are your late shipment refund policies?

- Small orders (3–7 business days production): If not shipped by the 8th business day after payment, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 10% of the product price.*

- Bulk orders (7–15 business days production): If not shipped by the 16th business day after payment, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 10% of the product price.*

*Does not apply if delays are caused by customer changes or incorrect information.
